Porting is currently available for LS2 Intake Manifolds.
Aluminum Intake porting for Gen II (LT1/4), GEN III (Aftermarket LS1,LS6, LQ4, LQ9), and GEN IV (LS2) is available as well, but pricing will vary dependent upon the level of complexity required. Contact me for further info.

About the Process
Each intake requires about 3.5 hours from the first cut to the last cleaning step. All intakes are ported with air tools using various cutting bits and a two stage sanding process followed by a high speed polishing stage. All intakes are degreased and scrubbed and then fully cleaned with water before drying. Prior to packaging, all intakes are cleaned again with high pressure air to ensure a product that is ready to bolt on upon arrival.
Rates and Options
Current rates are $250 for LS2 Intake porting. That include 1 way FEDEX ground shipping to you.
We have some options to make the transaction as convenient as possible for you.
Option #1. Remove your intake manifold and ship it to LS2 Port Works via the shipper of your choice (FEDEX, UPS, US Mail, DHL, etc.) and select the speed of service you desire (Next Day, 3 Day, Ground, etc). Cost is $250 and that includes return Fedex Ground shipment back to you.
Option #2. I ship you a ported intake from my inventory for $250 plus a $200 core charge. The core fee is refundable upon receipt of a good core intake. My standard shipping method is FEDEX Ground and is included in the price (continental US only).
Option #3. You can come by the shop and we can change it here - No shipping, no wait, no core fee- FREE installation.
Methods of Payment
I accept payment via paypal as it is very fast and reliable. You don't have to have a paypal account and you can use a credit card. Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.
Core Return Requirements
As this is a core exchange based business, I am forced to set rules on core returns.
Core returned within 1-14 days after your receipt: Up to full core refund given contingent only on core condition.
Core Returned within 15-21 days after your receipt: Up to 50% of core refund given contingent on core condition.
Core returned after 30 days: No core refunds after 30 days.
Core Refunds
Core Refunds of the full $200 amount are given upon receipt of a good stock intake manifold. It is important that the top center portion of the intake manifold be in very good shape without scratches as this is the part of the intake that is visible between the Fuel Rail Covers on all car installations. To date, there have only been three customers issued partial refunds due to excessive scratches/damage.
