Porting is also available for the LS7 Intake Manifold. I've been working on this for a while and have finally decided it is worthy of becoming a regular offering from LS2 Port Works.
Intake porting for Gen II (LT1/4), GEN III (Aftermarket LS1,LS6, LQ4, LQ9), and GEN IV (LS2) is available as well, but pricing will vary dependent upon the level of complexity required. We've also added the newest L76 and LS3 intakes to our offerings as well. Contact me for further info.

About the Process
All intakes are ported with air tools using various cutting bits and a two stage sanding process followed by a high speed polishing stage. All intakes are degreased and scrubbed and then fully cleaned with water before drying. Prior to packaging, all intakes are cleaned again with high pressure air to ensure a product that is ready to bolt on upon arrival.
Rates and Options
Current rate is $250 for porting your LS7 intake manifold.
We have 4 basic options to make the transaction as convenient as possible for you.
Option #1. Remove your intake manifold and ship it to LS2 Port Works via the shipper of your choice (FEDEX, UPS, US Mail, DHL, etc.) and select the speed of service you desire (Next Day, 3 Day, Ground, etc). $250 gets it ported and shipped back to you via Fedex Ground.
Option #2. Core Exchange- I can ship you a Ported LS7 intake from my core exchange pool so you can swap it with zero downtime. I'll ship you a ported intake from my inventory for $250 (which includes Fedex ground service to you), and a $300 core charge that is fully refundable upon receipt of your good core intake back at my shop.
Option #3. You can come by the shop and drop it off and pick it up when completed.
Core Return Requirements
As this is a core exchange based business, I am forced to set rules on core returns. Cores must be return shipped in a timely manner to receive a full core refund.
Core returned within 1-14 days: Up to full core refund given contingent only on core condition.
Core Returned within 15-21 days: Up to 50% of core refund given contingent on core condition.
Core returned after 30 days: No refunds given after 30 days.
Methods of Payment
I accept Payment via Paypal because it is very fast and reliable. You cna pay via paypal with a credit card and do not have to have an actual paypal account. Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.
